Warranty
In correlation with governing law, all products come with a 12-month warranty/guarantee. This will cover any faults with the product which hasn’t been damaged by a 3rd party. Electrical faults or physical faults will be replaced or returned.

Delivery
Delivery depends on stock status and shipping location. We ship out with DPD if the product is shipped from our store or from our warehouse. If shipped elsewhere; delivery may take more time depending on location. We CAN NOT guarantee one day unless contacted for stock availability. You can find out more about our shipping here.

Opening times
As we are an online based company we are technically open 24/7. Our office contact hours are 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Prices
In account with our business model; our aim is to have the lowest prices in the market. If you feel like we haven’t achieved this, please feel free to contact us.

We sell cleaning accessories and devices to help keep your fittings presentable and market standard.

Can I use a dimmer?
LED products can’t use dimmers unless stated, this include bulbs. All other lighting can be dimmed. LED lights can be used with a dimmer switch, just not dimmable.

How to do I install? 
Please follow the given instructions or contact a local electrician.

Replacement Parts
We sell replacement parts for most our fittings. If you are after a replacement part, please look in our replacement section else contact us. We usually add replacement parts to our website once requested.

Do you supply catalogues? 
As we are not a manufacture; we don’t have any specific catalogues for the company, instead we have all products online.

Do you have a shop?
We have two premises, a warehouse and a store which is under the name Westlite; this can be located in Taunton, Somerset. The address can be found on our footer.

Is buying online safe?
100% yes, we have a secure server and are using SSL to ensure your details are safe and sound.

Payments 
Our payments are taken off site unless stated. This means we don’t store any credit/debit/bank information as it’s dealt with a 3rd party company (who is trusted and have responsible quality). 

Do your prices include vat? 
Yes, our prices are shown including VAT and is stated throughout the website. 

Do I need an account?
Nope, you can use our website and pay being a guest.

When should I book my electrician? 
We highly recommend waiting till your product arrives. If you would like a better result, please contact us before purchasing your product.

Do you offer quantity discounts? 
We do, for us to help you with this you will need to contact us either on the provided number or email. You can find our contact form here.

Do I need to assist the delivery driver?  
Nope, they can bring the products to you.

What if I want to cancel my order? 
Please contact us the same day of purchase for best results in cancelling your order.

How should I return faulty goods? 
Please keep the box you received the product in as this can be used to send your product back.
